Our online store is hosted by Shopify. When you purchase Guard-Tex through this store, your purchase is from us.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices and availability may change for future orders.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or a material pricing or listing error. If this happens, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items. We will not substitute products or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

Product information

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colors may appear different depending on your screen and lighting. Refer to the product listing for the selected width, color, quantity, and included accessories.

Follow the directions and warnings on the product packaging. Guard-Tex contains natural rubber latex.

Shipping and delivery

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and offer the opportunity to cancel for a refund. Contact us if an order is missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so we can help resolve the issue.

Satisfaction guarantee and refunds

Direct website purchases are covered by our Guard-Tex Satisfaction Guarantee with no time limit. Opened products are eligible, including a roll you have tried.

If you lose the tape’s edge and cannot get the roll started again, we are happy to replace the affected roll at our expense, including shipping.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, return arrangements, shipping charges, and refund timing. Nothing in these terms reduces the protection provided by that guarantee. The guarantee does not replenish rolls that have been fully used as intended.

Purchases from Amazon, distributors, and other retailers follow the original seller’s return and refund process.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the website or place an order.

Acceptable website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others.
