Guard-Tex Satisfaction Guarantee — No Time Limit

We stand behind every roll of Guard-Tex. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase made directly through our website, contact us for a replacement or a refund of the product’s purchase price. There is no deadline, and opened products are eligible—including a roll you have tried.

How to request help

Visit https://www.guard-tex.com/contact/ and provide your order number or proof of purchase, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.

Trouble finding the tape’s edge?

If you lose the edge of your roll and can’t get it started again, please contact us. We’re happy to replace the affected roll at our expense, including shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Photos may help us resolve the issue.

Returns and return shipping

Please contact us before sending anything back. If we require a return, we will provide instructions and prepaid return shipping. In some cases, we may resolve your request without requiring a return. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds cover the amount paid for the affected product and are issued within five business days after approval when no return is required, or after we receive a required return.

We refund your original payment method whenever possible. If that method can no longer accept a refund, we will work with you to arrange an alternative. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Any separately paid original shipping charge is nonrefundable for a change of mind or dissatisfaction. We refund the applicable original shipping charge when the issue involves a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

What the guarantee covers

Our guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the product or difficulty using it. It does not provide replenishment for rolls that have been fully used as intended.

Purchases from other retailers

This policy applies to purchases made directly through the Guard-Tex website. For purchases through Amazon, a distributor, or another retailer, please contact that seller and follow its return process.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
